Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit of QAR 1,000 per person is required to confirm the booking.
Final Payment
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to departure.
- Failure to complete the payment within the stipulated time may result in automatic cancellation, and no refund will be applicable.

- A 100% refund of the total package amount, excluding the advance payment, will be applicable.
