➡ Please fill up all fields in the Visa Application Form.

➡ Please provide a clear colored passport copy of front page and last page with the application. (See Attached Exhibit) and passport should be valid at least six months.

➡ Please provide one clear colored photograph along with the application.

➡ Please provide PAN Card details if applicable and if the applicant is not a Citizen of India then please provide either National Identity Card Number, Voter ID, CPR ID or some form of recognized national ID.

➡ Please provide hotel booking details and reference number if the applicant has booked a hotel OR Please provide 2 references in Bahrain along with their email ID, mobile numbers and CPR numbers OR If the applicant is transiting, we need final destination Visa.
