Amazing experience in Kazakhstan with Gateway Travels!

We had a fantastic trip to Almaty, Kazakhstan with Gateway Travels. It was our first group tour, and we were a little apprehensive at first. However, we had a wonderful time and made some great new friends. I am writing this review just on the day of return, so that I don’t miss anything. Right from day one until the end of the tour we had mesmerising experience with the Stay, Site Tour, Travel Guide, tour Itinerary, Activities, Partying and Shopping.
Highlights:
* Our tour guide, Ms. Tatyana, was amazing! She was knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, and always helpful, always with the team to guide us and explore the maximum, fought for our rights every single time, took care of each and every one in the group without giving any chance for bias.
* Hotel was at a great location in the middle of the city, helps you take a walk to the nearest shopping areas, restaurants, bars and parks surrounding.
* The itinerary was well-organized, and we got to see all the must-see sights in Almaty, including Kok-Tobe, Kolsay Lake, Charyn Canyon, and Shymbulak.
* We had a blast riding the gondola up to Shymbulak and playing in the snow.
Areas for Improvement:
* The hotel's lobby and check-in process could be improved. Room heating system was not auto controlled, the room temperature was high making us sweaty in the room.
* The breakfast spread could have been larger, The lack of sufficient staff, plates kept were wet not dried after cleaning, congested serving area, the staff could have been more attentive.
* The bus for the long-distance tours could be more comfortable.
Overall:
We had a great experience with Gateway Travels and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a trip to Kazakhstan. We give them a rating of 8 out of 10.

Thank you for this trip. Even though there's a problem in the hotel in our first day but you transferred us in a better hotel. My suggestion is that just improve the communication to prevent uncertain situation. We recommend Mr. Avto our tour guide who convinced us to try some activities to make our travel more memorable and he is like a father to us.

Great Experience with gateway tours and travels qatar. and i went with them Georgia which is cheapest and best service they did for our entire team.
I coordinate with mr.Midun and he is help a lot to get best deal. I found very easy the way he gave me all information for my trip. Also when we reached in Georgia they provided all what they offered ,and I very strongly advise other traveller to use Gateway tours and travels Qatar. its very friendly. Thank you very much.

Had a splendid Georgia trip with Gateway travel and kudos for arranging such an amazing trip..Thanks to Mithun for patiently rearranging and organising the itinerary as per my requirement and our Guide Giga, without you trip wouldn’t have been so memorable bro.. He was such a wonderful person and down to earth who took us all along regardless of time to explore the country and cuisines..He took us to amazing restaurants where we explored new dishes each day..
I would definitely recommend to request Giga as guide especially if you are travelling with a kid as my munchkin got closer to him from second day and he confidently send us to Okatse canyon where kids below 120 cm are not allowed.
They both had good time for 2 hrs during our visit to canyon.
You will feel him as one of your family member and miss u brooo..
